Making Energy

This week in 4CM we are making energy. We were making energy by using wires and batteries.  on Monday we used batteries to power light bulbs and motors. Three weeks ago we made windmills with Flying Cloud.  On Tuesday we did a test on trying to make four types of circuits. We made Open circuits, Closed circuits, Series circuits, and Parallel circuits. We had lots of fun with energy!

this week our class made masks.  It was so relaxing and it was so fun. They put plaster on our face then they took it off and our faces looked so crazy! If you can ask your child about how it felt and what was it like please do that. For the parents who helped with this project thank you.

fire fighters day

                                                            Dear families,

Today the fire fighters came and showed us a little bit about how to be safe. We all know that every one should check if all your detectors are working so that we can all prevent fires. Have good day and stay safe.

When we were at the Clark we took beautiful pictures this is Lila.   

The man who made this girl worked so hard then when he showed the people in his town no one liked it then he locked it up and when he passed away his family looked in the safe and got it showed the town and then they for some rezone the town loved it.

  

Green Team

We made a group called the Green Team. What we do is we help with compost. We have a lot of people that like composting. You can start composting at home.

Class Project

We started the first project of the year the project is about landforms and how they effect the earth and how they change. We are using our Chromebooks to research landforms. We watch short clips about landforms and how they effect the earth and we write in our notebooks the information that we learn.
